As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

• Ensure product availability and visibility in Walmart stores.

• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Collaborate with Acosta team members.
• Contact direct manager for help with challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Report work completed the same day.

What will you do?

• Scheduled work can be Sunday thru Saturday.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am, work between 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Communicate with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support of and share best practices with Walmart team nationwide.

Tools Needed

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Minimum 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and team members.
• Comfortable using a company-issued mobile device.

Pay

$15.00 per hour. Range Minimum: $15.00. Range Maximum: $15.00.
