Retail Merchandiser - Walmart

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour (experience, skills, and/or location may influence position wage rate)

About the role

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled work can be Sunday through Saturday, depending on location requirements.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am, work between 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Report work the same day it is completed.

Requirements

• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations daily.
• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working independently while representing Acosta and Walmart.
• Effective communication with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy on the first attempt.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following provided instructions.
• Complete work within provided timeframes.
• Leverage support and share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling, with days varying based on location needs.
• Full-Time: At least 5 days per week (Friday required).
• Part-Time: 2-4 days per week (Friday required).
• Start time between 6am-9am, with shifts ending by 6pm (no evenings).
