Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Join SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, to help shape the future of shopping experiences. You will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring shoppers’ needs are met while maximizing sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps in retail locations.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.

Pay

$18.00 per hour (competitive wages).
