Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes:

• Building displays and end caps
• Resetting shelves with product rotation
• Tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities

Additionally, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Work independently while also contributing to successful team-building efforts
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
