About the role
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Can perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and build successful teams
- Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
