Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Merchandising Support Associate to assist with in-store retail activities.

Responsibilities

• Building displays and end caps
• Resetting shelves and rotating products
• Tracking inventory to optimize sales
• Supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members

Requirements

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and work independently or in teams
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets to record work
• Reliable transportation and a safety-first approach in retail settings
• Must be 18 or older

Pay
