Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
• Ensure product displays are well-maintained
• Assist with team training and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Customer-focused with friendly, enthusiastic communication skills
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership/training skills
• Proficient with smartphones or tablets for work documentation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Capable of working independently and in team settings
• Adheres to safety protocols in a retail environment
