Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

This position supports in-store merchandising by building displays, end caps, and resetting shelves with product rotation. You’ll track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Build in-store displays, end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Leadership and training skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Motivated, self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and work safely
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with smartphones or tablets
