Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the Role

Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Rotate products and monitor stock levels
• Assist with store setup
• Use devices to record work activities
• Ensure safety protocols are followed

Requirements

• 1-2 years merchandising experience
• Leadership and training skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Work independently or in teams
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort with technology
