Role Overview

This position involves providing in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly manner
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership skills
• Proficient with smartphones or tablets for work documentation
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment
