Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

Joining SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, means joining a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Ability to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• 18 years or older

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
