In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Pay

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Able to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1–2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
- Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
