Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Work independently but also possess successful team-building skills
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
