About the role
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes:
- Building displays and end caps
- Resetting shelves with product rotation
- Tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
- Supporting leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
- Onboarding new hires
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently but also possess successful team-building skills
- Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
