Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. Responsibilities include building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and build successful teams

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
