Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Ability to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift

Pay

Competitive wages at $14.00 per hour. Additional hours may be available upon request.
