Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Pay

$13.50 per hour
