Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About the role

You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable performing physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong bias for action and results
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
