About the role

The Retail Merchandising Representative at CRO-US is responsible for promoting nationally distributed products in retail stores. This role involves working independently and as part of a team, and requires a combination of physical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
• Build and stock product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Maintain inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Willingness to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay
