Retail Merchandiser Peer Trainer
About the role
Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to optimize sales opportunities
- Support leadership with onboarding new hires, training & coaching team members
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and build successful teams
- Able to work safely in a retail environment with a safety-first mentality
Qualifications
- No prior experience required as training and support are provided
