Retail Merchandiser - Daytime

Role Overview

Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with display creation, end caps, and shelf resets
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Ensure stores are optimized for sales
• Travel regularly, potentially up to 50% or more, including overnight stays

Qualifications & Skills

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly manner
• At least 18 years old
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious in a retail environment
