About the role

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is seeking a part-time Base Manager at the Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, commissary. This is an ideal part-time employment opportunity for a spouse, student or retiree.

Responsibilities

The Base Manager will perform daily tasks assigned by EAGLE Eye, Retail IQ, Area Manager (AM) or Area Supervisor (AS) to support operations at designated Commissary locations. Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining current product distribution and expanding distribution of new items
• Collaborating with the CAO to manage shelf maximums for all SKUs
• Proactively stocking shelves and managing shelf conditions
• Securing display activity and building displays as needed
• Ensuring timely processing of Vendor Credit Memos and Vendor Price Reduction Agreements
• Conducting regular checks for code dates and ensuring proper product rotation
• Managing balanced weekly orders for DSD/DSDS accounts
• Demonstrating expertise in the use of EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ tools
• Reporting in-store conditions and building positive working relationships with store personnel and company management

Benefits
