Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail‑driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will work hands‑on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including before and after photos and written feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device.
• Use a required smartphone (iPhone 11 or newer for iOS; Android 2020 or newer, no more than four OS versions behind).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
