Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, operates a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Able to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided

Pay

Competitive wages at $17.05 per hour. Additional hours may be available upon request.
