Retail Merchandiser
VytlOne National Pharmacy Services is looking for a compassionate, customer service-oriented Pharmacy Technician to work full time in our VytlOne managed pharmacy at North Star Pharmacy in Charlestown, NH. This is a community healthcare center-based retail pharmacy with an integrated model where the pharmacy team collaborates closely with providers and clinic staff to deliver team-based medicine and optimal patient care.

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
- Greet customers and take prescription orders.
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
- Answer the phone.
- Input customer information into the computer system.
Requirements
- Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months (VytlOne will assist).
- Active pharmacy technician license in the State of Vermont (or ability to obtain).
- A minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
- Computer experience (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and interact with a wide variety of individuals to provide optimal patient care.
- Proficiency in operating various pharmacy software programs and equipment.
Pay
The estimated pay for this position is $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
