FALL MOUNTAIN REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Terms of Employment: No less than 3 days per week on site Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel Job Goal: To work closely with district leadership, the School Board, and community stakeholders to support the operational and strategic needs of the district. Qualifications Masters Degree in Education, Finance and/or Organizational LeadershipMinimum of 10 years experience in Education, Finance and/or Organizational LeadershipDemonstrated experience in executive or high-level organizational leadership.New Hampshire experience is preferred.Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with governing boards and administrative teams.Demonstrated experience in organizational restructuring.Time commitment of no less than 3 days per week (on site)Commitment to the values and goals of the Fall Mountain Regional School District.
