About the Role

Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to specialize in the installation and maintenance of the iconic Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. The territory includes Marion, Vinton, Lisbon, Centerpoint, and Mount Vernon, with an average of 5–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Instant Coupon Machines, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Adapt to the needs of clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers.
• Ensure all interactions reflect excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Manage time efficiently and stay organized.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured, and registered personal vehicle (alternate transportation like bus or subway may be used for some city assignments).
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Focused attention to detail and accuracy.
• Access to a computer, internet, and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive bending, lifting, and stretching, and drive during day or night.
