About the role

The Part-time Retail Merchandiser position at Neptune Retail Solutions specializes in the installation and maintenance of promotional devices like the Instant Coupon Machine, in-store advertisements, and shopping cart ads.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain promotional devices in retail locations.
• Ensure all work interactions meet high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Work flexible hours and drive to assigned locations within the Springfield, IL, Lincoln, IL, and Sherman, IL areas.
• Perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and driving.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured, and registered personal vehicle.
• At least 18 years old.
• Take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Show focused attention to detail and quality.
• Be adaptable to the needs of clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers.
• Access to a computer, internet, and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive bending, lifting, and stretching.
• Drive during the day/night.
