Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Neptune Retail Solutions is the leader in omnichannel retail marketing across the U.S. and Canada. As a Part-time Retail Merchandiser, you will specialize in the installation and maintenance of the iconic Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads in stores such as Albertsons, CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, HEB, Kroger, Loblaw, Metro, Publix, Sobeys, Southeastern Grocers, Meijer, HyVee, Total Wine & More, and Wakefern.

The territory covers Cleveland, Harrison, Ooltewah, Chattanooga, and Ducktown, TN, averaging 5–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Instant Coupon Machines, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads.
• Work independently with a focus on quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Adapt to the needs of clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers.
• Ensure all interactions meet excellent customer service and professionalism standards.
• Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, repetitive bending, lifting, stretching, and driving during day/night.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured, and registered personal vehicle (alternate transportation like bus or subway may be used for some city assignments).
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong initiative and independent work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Access to a computer, internet, and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
