Retail Merchandiser

Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain Instant Coupon Machines, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads in the Chattanooga, East Ridge, Jasper, Whitwell, Soddy Daisy, Dunlap, and Hixson areas. The territory averages 8-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain in-store advertising displays, including Instant Coupon Machines, at-the-shelf ads, and shopping cart ads
• Ensure high-quality, detailed, and accurate work
• Adapt to the needs of clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
• Organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods, repetitive bending, lifting, stretching, and driving during day or night

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured, and registered personal vehicle (alternate transportation like bus or subway may be used for some city assignments)
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with a strong work ethic
• Focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and time efficiency
• Access to a computer, internet, and printer
