Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to specialize in the installation and maintenance of the iconic Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads in O’Neill, NE. This position offers flexible work hours, competitive pay, gas reimbursement, and paid training. The territory averages 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Instant Coupon Machines, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads.
• Ensure all work interactions meet excellent customer service standards and professionalism.
• Demonstrate adaptability to the needs of clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers.
• Maintain focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured, and registered personal vehicle (alternate transportation may be used for some city assignments).
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to take initiative and work well independently with a strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills and time efficiency.
• Access to a computer, internet, and printer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, including repetitive bending, lifting, stretching, and driving during day/night.
