Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Part-time Retail Merchandiser specializing in the installation and maintenance of the iconic Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads in the Cedar Rapids, IA–Marion, IA–Vinton, IA–Lisbon, IA–Centerpoint, IA–Mount Vernon, IA territory. Hours average 5–30 per week.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Instant Coupon Machines, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping-cart ads
• Work independently with focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Adapt to the needs of clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
• Organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive bending, lifting, and stretching, and drive during day or night

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured, registered personal vehicle (alternate transportation permitted for some city assignments)
• At least 18 years old
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Access to computer, internet, and printer
