About the role

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build in-store displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable performing physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team-building skills
