About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with display creation and end cap setups
• Reset shelves with proper product rotation
• Monitor inventory levels for store and supplier efficiency

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Age 18 or older
• Physical ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-conscious approach in a retail setting
