Retail Merchandiser

About the role

Joining Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, means joining a network of 65,000 teammates serving 4,000+ brands and retail customers across 40+ countries. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location

Skills

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and possess successful team building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
