Role Overview
Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading front-end operations and supervising Associates. Ensures prompt, courteous service, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains a clean, organized store environment. Trains, mentors, and coaches team members on customer service and store policies, fostering a culture of honesty and integrity. Coordinates register coverage, addresses customer concerns promptly, and supports store goals such as shrink reduction and safety. Communicates effectively with management, provides feedback, and ensures compliance with labor laws and policies. Promotes safety, credit, and loyalty initiatives, and supports other duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to respond to changing situations and work effectively with team members
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
