Key Duties
- Creates a positive customer experience through engagement and service
- Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor
- Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
- Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- Communicates effectively with management to ensure smooth flow of goods
- Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and safety standards in the backroom
- Supports store shrink reduction, credit programs, and safety initiatives
- PARTNERS WITH MANAGEMENT ON TRAINING AND ADHERENCE TO POLICIES
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to respond to changing situations and lift heavy objects
- Team player with the ability to train others
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
