Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Process customer transactions accurately, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow merchandising procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness, and support safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Assist in multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Interact positively with customers, follow store policies, uphold merchandising standards, and contribute to a safe environment.
• Engage in store programs aimed at loss prevention and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills and strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, respond to change, and lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule support required.
