Retail Merchandise Associate (Part-Time)

About the Role

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service and promote store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, maintaining organization and cleanliness
• Support store safety, loss prevention, and shrink reduction initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to adapt to change and handle unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and working effectively with team members
• Retail experience preferred
