Retail Merchandise Associate - Morning Availability

About the role

Responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained across store areas to meet business needs. Model excellent customer service practices and promote a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures to prepare merchandise for sale and participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts.
• Support loss prevention, safety initiatives, and store recovery standards.
• Maintain organizational standards and participate in safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Adapt to changing priorities, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility and strong communication abilities.
• Organizational ability and capability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Ability to respond to unexpected situations and work effectively in a team environment.
• Retail experience is preferred.
