Retail Merchandise Associate

About the role

Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Support operational standards, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention.

Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas, model customer experience practices, and promote a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.

Perform other assigned duties to ensure store success.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and participate in store recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and support safety and shrink reduction efforts.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.
• Flexible schedule support and ability to respond to change.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Retail experience preferred.
