Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service and support store culture
• Process sales, returns, and promote loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction and follow policies and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility to support business needs

Pay

Competitive salary starting between $14.50 and $15.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
