Retail Merchandise Associate

About the role

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained across store areas to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Model customer service best practices and promote positive store culture
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction and adhere to policies and labor laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to change
• Physical ability to lift objects, with or without accommodation
• Retail experience preferred
