Responsibilities

• Modeling excellent customer service practices and fostering a positive store culture
• Processing transactions accurately and promoting credit and loyalty programs
• Preparing merchandise for sale and participating in store recovery and cleanliness efforts
• Supporting loss prevention and safety initiatives
• Adapting to various store areas as needed to meet business needs
• Providing constructive feedback and adhering to policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and respond to changing situations
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Preferred retail experience, but not required

Pay

The role offers a competitive hourly wage, with starting pay ranging from $17.13 to $17.63, based on experience and skills.
