About the role

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained across store areas to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Models exceptional customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect
• Processes transactions accurately and promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for sale
• Participates in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Supports shrink reduction efforts and adheres to all policies and labor laws
• Contributes to a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
• Works effectively with team members and responds adaptively to change

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work flexibly
• Retail experience preferred
