Retail Merchandise Associate

About the Role

Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Models excellent customer service practices and supports a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.

Accurately processes transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and follows merchandising procedures. Participates in store recovery, maintains cleanliness, and supports safety initiatives. Supports store shrink reduction and contributes to a safe shopping environment.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Flexibility to support business needs and respond to unexpected situations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail experience preferred

Pay

$16.00 to $16.50 per hour, based on skills and experience
