Retail Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and follow merchandising procedures. Participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness, assist in safety initiatives, and support shrink reduction efforts. Be flexible to work across different store areas as needed.
