Retail Media Trader - Amazon DSP

Creative Circle is partnering with a leading consumer products organization to identify an Amazon Retail Media Trader to support retail media activation for a key category within the business. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing Amazon Search and DSP campaigns, driving performance, and delivering insights that support brand and retail objectives.This is a freelance, 40-hour-per-week opportunity based onsite in Cincinnati, OH through January 2027. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing and optimizing Amazon retail media campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a track record of leveraging performance data to drive business results.Responsibilities:Execute Amazon Search and DSP campaigns aligned with brand, category, and retail objectives Manage day-to-day campaign activation, including budget pacing, bid management, audience targeting, and placement optimization Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness Optimize campaigns to drive ROI, conversion rates, sales growth, and share of shelf Analyze reporting and performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across keywords, products, and audiences Develop actionable recommendations based on campaign insights and performance results Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support campaign goals and business priorities Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently while maintaining performance standardsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience executing retail media campaigns Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget management Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into recommendations Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and performance measurement Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
