Campaign Performance & Insights

Aggregate and standardize performance data across onsite and offsite media channels to create a holistic view of campaign impact.
Develop campaign wrap reports and mid-flight summaries that translate performance into clear, outcome-driven insights and recommendations.
Identify drivers of success across audiences, creatives, and channels, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.

Trend Analysis & Business Reviews

Analyze performance trends across campaigns, categories, and advertisers to uncover scalable insights.
Develop executive-ready summaries, deep dives, and business review materials that highlight performance, opportunities, and strategic implications.
Contribute to ongoing measurement frameworks, benchmarks, and storytelling standards.

Optimization & Growth

Partner with internal teams and account stakeholders to surface optimization and upsell opportunities that improve campaign ROI and drive incremental investment.
Translate insights into media strategy recommendations, influencing future planning and investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with agencies to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent campaign data delivery.
Partner with media platforms, analytics, and internal teams to test new ad products and capabilities, and support performance readouts and learnings.
Work closely with sales, account management, and ad operations teams to align reporting outputs with business needs.

Reporting Operations & Data Integrity

Support the evolution of reporting processes, tools, and data pipelines to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Ensure data quality and consistency across sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics
  • 1-3 years of experience in Digital marketing and/or Media marketing
  • Familiarity with / Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs (e.g. CPC, CAC, etc…)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, etc.) preferred

Targeted Pay Range

$54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
