Position Summary

The Retail Marketing Operations Manager leads the operational execution of Momentous’ retail marketing programs, ensuring materials, assets, vendors, budgets, and cross‑functional projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time. This role owns vendor coordination, production workflows, retail asset management, merchandising logistics, and spend tracking while building scalable processes that support continued retail growth. The manager partners closely across Marketing and Retail to ensure strong in‑store execution and also supports broader marketing and event production needs across print, swag, and related materials. This role reports to the Director of Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor relationships, production timelines, and execution of retail marketing materials.
  • Build scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency and support retail growth.
  • Own retail asset management, organization, and distribution across channels.
  • Coordinate merchandising logistics and support consistent store‑level execution.
  • Manage production of print, merchandising, swag, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate vendors, timelines, deliverables, and production requirements across retail and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure materials are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with project needs.
  • Manage invoices, spend tracking, and related operational workflows.
  • Lead cross‑functional retail marketing projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Support marketing and event needs across print production, swag, sourcing, and production management.
  • Provide operational support for initiatives requiring vendor coordination, physical assets, and production execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, production, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing vendors, production timelines, marketing materials, budgets, and cross‑functional projects.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and operational skills.
  • Experience managing print, merchandising, swag, or other physical marketing production.
  • Strong vendor management and communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong budget, invoice, and spend‑tracking capabilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and effective in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Location

This is a hybrid role based out of our Park City headquarters.
